Deserting The Gospel Of Grace

Paul said to the churches of Galatia in Galatians 1:6,7 "I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you, and want to distort the gospel of Christ."

To say that there is any other Gospel than the death burial and resurrection of Christ, and that there was anything unfinished concerning His death, burial and resurrection, is a distortion and is a deserting of the Gospel. Christ said, "It is finished", meaning the complete work that He was sent to do. He was 100% obedient to the Father and they both were involved with the Holy Spirit of reconciling the world to Himself. Praise His name.

Having said all that, our only part is to believe in what He HAS ALREADY DONE AND FINISHED ON THE CROSS. Even the ability to believe Him is a gift. We can't even do that in our own power. What a God, what a Gospel, I desire everyone to believe it and receive it as their own; all Him and none of me. We must believe this to be saved, but the gift of Himself has already been given, all that is His is given from the cross. This is the Gospel. Paul is admonishing the churches in Galatia for deserting this message of the finished work of the cross. There will be more coming in weeks to come.

There is a video of the message that you can watch on youtube,

Good news, my son and daughter in law, Stephen and Leah have a new baby boy. James Edward Snyder was born healthy to them on August 31 at 3:29 pm. He was small but he will grow. He was three weeks early but he is doing very well. Thanks for all your prayers for this little fellow and his mommy. Leah will begin her second round of chemo Thursday after next. She will have 12 treatments over 12 weeks and then seven weeks of radiation treatments and then finished. We are believing that she will be totally healed by our great and loving God. She is amazing and is teaching us all a great deal about believing God.

In Pakistan the times are not good for Christians, having said that, people are trusting Christ and receiving the gift of Himself to them in a mighty way. It is just like the "Tail Of Two Cities" starts out, "It was the best of times and it was the worst of times." Our country coordinator in Pakistan, Robinson Sadiq, is being used of God to reach many all over the country and beyond with Gospel of Christ as he shares His grace with the folks.

We have moved our headquarters to a new and safer and bigger building. We are thankful for finding this place. Some landlords would not rent to him because he was a Christian. Others told him it would be too dangerous for him to be there because he was a Christian. This building was the perfect place at the perfect time for even less money than we were hoping.

If you would like to be a part of supporting this work in Pakistan for this building you can contact me, 229-425-7736 or Cheryl at our Grace Walk office, 800-grace11, or Mike Zenker in Canada at Any help would be greatly appreciated.
